Front Page Drafts

Front Page Drafts

Peer Feedback

A member of the Year 13 Media class looked at my current Front Page and gave me some feedback which is shown above. As you can see they commented on the fact that what he was wearing and whether it suited the genre. I typed in 'Indie Male clothing' into google and i found three images of three different men wearing similar outfits to that of my front page proving that what he is wearing suits my genre:

They also added that the font for my masthead doesn't suit the house style of the magazine so I will make this change. The white background they said looks plain and boring so this will also be changed along with removing the speech bubbles because they did not like this particular design element. The colour scheme lacks the eye catching features a front cover needs to have so this will also be worked on.

Gaining feedback from another peer allows you to gain a different opinion on your work. They notice things that you may not notice and so having a second view point allows you to get a good idea of what is good and bad about your work and you can make appropriate adjustments.
